well I was going to get in early enough to have Friday to enjoy...
it doesn't seem like a big group for Friday fun.
Do you guys have any ideas of what you want to do?
On my own I was thinking of driving to Torrance to check out Buffy's old home and High school, but I'm open to other ideas if anyone wants to do anything fun!
I'm definitely getting excited about Creation Con,
is this Gina Torres' first convention?
And I'm so excited about Jane Espenson coming to speak!
It is going to be an awesome weekend (or really, longer than that)

Hi, Embers.
Quality often matters more than quantity. 
B3 was a unique experience, likely to be unmatched.
And if most of Creation Con's Burbank attendees are new this year, there is a silver lining in that as well.
Still awaiting if James and any of his fellow SoCal Browncoats are able to get together--they do have a wedding Friday evening, but will be at the con.
I'll update here when I learn anything further
If we're "out of gas", I still look forward to saying "hi" one evening, if you like. Email me if you want me to inform you where Hannah and I will be.

Looks like the Creation convention is out for me this year. Please, keep in touch with me and let me know first hand how it goes. I wanted to sooooo bad to get my picture with Adam and meet Summer and Gina. I really hope they end up doing more conventions.

Sorry you can't make it this year.
Check back for con updates and reflections--and comparisons.
I also hope that those who have them will post links to sites where they've downloaded photos and movies.
Good news is that both the California Browncoats and Austin Browncoats will have table and promoting Kids Need To Read [ http://community.kidsneedtoread.org/ ]. They're good people.

Howdy folks!
James here. We have some basic plans for gathering at Creation this week. Nothing major, just a chance for B3ers (and anyone else) who wants to hang out for a while.
Thursday night. Around 7ish Lynn and I will be at the hotel and probably hang out in the lobby. Anyone who stops by and wants to join us for dinner is welcome.
Friday Night. Ido from NoCal is organizing a dinner for anyone who wants to attend. This is at 8 PM at the restaurant in the hotel. The gathering will likely continue at the bar after dinner.
Saturday night. Party at Tammy's room from 7-ish until ?? The room info will be available from our table as soon as she gives it to us. We might get dinner again before the party and have another impromptu B3 gathering. I think we will just tell anyone who wants to gather with other b3ers to check the party and if not there, we will leave info where we are at the party. I expect we might take over the lobby again. :)
All last minute plans will be discussed and/or announced on the SoCal yahoo group
