I think just as we think about it. I already sent my request in for instance and got a couple form e-mail replies back on it. Not sure if an actual human being has actually read my request or not yet. I think doing a specific day thing would be a bit spammy. Right off hand I don't know who else has active forums for Firefly/Serenity specifically.

I missed this shiny idea.
I like it and will send in a request.

Besides the two boards Dave listed there are quite a few more.

Would you like a list or shall I spread the word as I go around out there?

The BC groups are a different matter, they usually don't like receiving stuff like this unless it comes from an actual member ( my humble experience whilst we did the Browncoat Signal Corps )so it would be better I think if they picked it up from the boards.

ETA: Send a bulletin with the suggestion thru your myspace accounts. That'll reach fellow BC's and others nicely.

I say spread as you go. Me signing on too a buncha sites just to post this might be a bit presumptious.

Just the other day, I switched my mood to 'Browncoat.' (To accompany the Jedi status on there.) I never thought of 'shiny' though.

Randomly, and rather amusingly, why not slip in a few obscure ones like 'moonbrained' or 'Miranda!'
