5 Great TV shows that nobody is watching.....

1.) LIFE -- so.freakin.good....and, Christina Hendricks
2.) Eli Stone -- surprisingly well-written
3.) My Own Worst Enemy -- total mind f!#$%....and, Christian Slater
4.) Life on Mars -- Harvey Keitel, Michael Imperioli and Gretchen Mol on network TV together. "Gays in the military, huh? Next they're gonna wanna start marryin' each other."
5.) Pushing Daisies -- Wonderfalls Lite, about to be canceled

All of these are on my must-see list for various reasons. Anyone else watching them?
If not, I would highly recommend them.

Life is an excellent show! One that I watch every week if my shifting schedule allows. If it doesn’t, no problem I catch what I miss on-line. Now to the “ Did you feel that” episode.

Maybe it’s just me but the FIREFLY fans of LIFE were done proud with this latest LIFE episode.

Just for starters “Serenity” is mentioned within the first 2 minutes of the beginning. Now it isn’t the BDM Serenity but it is Serenity and any FF fan will know what I’m talking about.

Also Christina Hendricks guest stars in this episode. Christina (Saffron) is a favorite of mine from Firefly.

Then there’s Ted “Early”. Browncoats will know that name as well.

Also “Badger” and “Simon” come up in the show. For browncoats that follow this show, they will see what I mean. Am I nuts for seeing so many FF connections? Wait, don’t answer that. I may have to call in Niska for back-up.

Anyway, I really thought that “ Did you feel that” was a great episode of LIFE and moving to Wednesdays was a good move for the show IMO.

SPOILERS of the show LIFE below

Now as for the Tidwell/Reese kiss, OMG…..please. I like Tidwell, just not with Reese. I’ll have to chalk that one up to the tremor of after quake as forcing their lips together accidentally. Come on LIFE writers the shipper I’m looking for is Crews/Reese.

Another thing, I’m sure glad Saffron, I mean Olivia kissed Ted to distract him from removing the pencil from his hand only. My gosh, she’s married, and he’s roommates with her hubby’s son or should we be calling her YoSafBridge?

I've regretfully been neglecting LIFE, which is my favorite cop show since BOOMTOWN. I wish Robin Weigert hadn't left the show. Complete 180 from Calamity Jane in DEADWOOD, which only makes me love her even more.

MY OWN WORST ENEMY I like, but it hasn't really wowed me yet. If they were to cancel it, I wouldn't really be upset. I haven't watched LIFE ON MARS yet. I wanna look at the original series before I peek the remake. I watch way too much TV anyways.

But ELI STONE and PUSHING DAISIES are awesome shows that deserve to stick around to find their audiences. The latter is a true original that I'm proud to have the Blu-Ray of. The colors really pop, and the characters and stories are endlessly inventive. And the former for managing to strike a perfect tone. It's spiritual without it being preachy. I loved the season 2 premiere with the scene with Eli begging to get his aneurysm and the visions back to spare his brother. That has to be one of the most genuine moments from an actor I've seen this year.

I saw a couple of episodes of Eli Stone and really enjoyed it I havent been watching it faithfully though, but I just love Pushing Daisies. Its so quirky and I love everything about it the characters, the story lines its a shame more people dont watch and now its on the chopping block :(

I watch "Life" - watched it since it's premiere and had tiny metaphorical kittens worrying over what the writers' strike was gonna do to it. "so.freakin.good....and, Christina Hendricks" pretty well sums it up - glad it made it back.

"Life On Mars" has been very entertaining. Imperioli looks so...natural in early '70s clothes and hair, like he was born 30 years too late. And Keitel is much better small screen than I was expecting. Gretchen Mol - long under-appreciated. Her portrayal as Betty Paige really hit me where I...like to get hit by that kind of thing.

Fully intended to give "Worst Enemy" a chance, but I blew it...don't even know offhand what the conflict is...

It was like that when we got here!

Yeah, that was just damn weird. I think you're being kind with the "tremor of after quake as forcing their lips together accidentally" theory...looked like willful temporary insanity to me. Sure woulda liked to be Tidwell just then, though...

I agree...though part of me was really rooting for Ted. Adam Arkin is one lucky...co-star.

She was good. This Tidwell guy is growing on me, but Weigert brought a certain definite something to the role.

Jeckyl and Hyde. There was a similar series in the UK last year.

Saw the original Brit TV one, which was better. Or at least it spoils it for anyone watching the US version.

Nicely done, but too cute for the mass audience the nets seek.

www.zap2it.com reports that Pushing Daisey's numbers were better lastnight (4.0/6) because ABC did not air Obamas speech. But the ratings were only "slightly" up from it's seasons average.
