I would disagree,
respectfully that those are the same issue.
Christians are still a majority in this nation. Blacks have always been a minority.
The disparity between blacks and other races in the U.S. is evidence of one of two things, and if you can think of third, i'd like to hear it.
Either it means that blacks are inferior and cannot succeed at the level of the white man, or else, their experience is different than the white man's, and that ongoing experience leads to a disadvantage in the modern world, making any feelings of persecution or disenfranchisement more valid, wouldn't you think?

ETA: Being the victim of any sort of "ism"- racism, sexism, ageism - is ALWAYS uncomfortable for the victim. As a short older white female progressive atheist I've been the target of various "isms", some of which were just momentarily scary and others which have had a long-lasting effect on my finances and prospects.
For the most part, the temporary stuff is just that. But if you live in a pervasive atmosphere of suspicision to downright hostility which effects your housing, education, social interactions, probability of being stopped and/or arrested... well, that's something else. Something which I do not believe Xtians experience on a day-to-day basis.

But, let me elaborate on my earlier point.
The truth is always somewhere in the Middle.
Did the Holocaust happen? YES.
Was it evil? YES.
Was it confined to just the Jewish race? NO.
Did the Holocaust wipe out 6 million Jews? MAYBE.
What do I mean by that?
The Hollocaust wiped out millions of PEOPLE. These included, but were not limited to, gypsies, the mentally/physically handicapped, blacks, and social/political disidents.
How did it become a strictly Jewish Holocuast?
How EXACTLY did they arrive at the 6 million number?
Do I believe that millions of Jews were killed? YES
Do I think they know or are willing to say the real number? NO.
Point of fact, I dont think its really possible to know how many were killed/fled/died.
Before, during, and after WW2, Europe was a mess. They can't keep accurate account of where and who people are NOW, could they THEN?
So YES the Holocaust happened. NO it was NOT confined to JUST the Jewish people. YES, others were killed during it. NO, they don't have accurate figures on the death toll. YES, the death toll was in the MILLIONS.
YES, THE TRUTH IS ALWAYS IN THE MIDDLE.

I didn't say ONLY Jews were killed, I didn't say how MANY millions of Jews were killed (just that it was more than 1M, hence plural, millions), I didn't say WHEN it started and when it ended.
While there may be a larger truth than "The Holocaust killed millions of Jews", it is in fact the truth that it happened, and the truth is NOT somewhere in between that and "There was no Holocaust".
