Well it looks like we hit the mandate ovet the weekend.

Well it is supposed tio be 80 out and sunny today. While I get to sit in my office and be bored out of my mind the last rays of summer are going to be shining down. Damnit!

My weekend was actually pretty good. It hovered between 72-78F all weekend, with no rain that hindered the niceness of it. Traveled to a wee quaint town on the Mippippippi River and wandered around the town's Main Street antique shops for about 5 hours. Same thing Sunday, but in a different wee quaint town. The intent was to get some xmas shopping done, but that was a monumental FAIL; I only ended up buying a few trinkets for myself. XD

Took lots of photos Sunday evening, wandering around the regional park that - who knew - sits right outside my balcony. Came to the conclusion that this year's Fall colours are unnatural. XD

Yeah well the damn things made me mad this weekend. Leaves were still mostly green when I scampered up the roof on Saturday to sweep it and clean out the gutters. By Sunday they were falling like rain and mostly orange and yellow. Seriously! At one point the russling they were making as they dropped made me think that it had started to rain.

Eh not the greatest. I cleaned the roof, and gutters and power washed the house over the weekend. That was alright cuz I was outside all most of the days.
Saturday night sucked! Felt like doin' somethin' so when I called to see if the power washer was still at my parent's house I talked to my brother and we were going to go and shoot pool for a while. Got to my parent's and he bailed on me. So then I figured I would just call... er.... yea.... nobody cuz I gotz no friends who live around here anymore. Reality and the fact that I thought that me and teh little bro were going out led to some insomnia.
I popped into Haven for a bit (sorry Zero et all I fell asleep to the football game) but still kinda a bumming reality check.

Actually I am just hopin' that he never realizes that he is bigger than me (he works in concrete) cuz I think he could take me now and I was a good Big Brother and kept him in his place for most of his life.

trees are *just* starting to turn yellow here, though some it seems went straight from green to orange XD can't wait till they start falling though, cuz it's a blasty blast watching my dog chase them around the yard trying to attack every single one
