There have been numerous questions raised about Obama’s background with no satisfactory answers. The questions that I have addressed include, but are not limited to:

1. Where was Obama born? Hawaii; an island off of Hawaii; Kenya; Canada; or ?

2. Was he a citizen of Kenya, Indonesia and/or Canada?

3. What was the early childhood of Obama in Hawaii; in Kenya; in Indonesia when he was adopted; and later, back to Hawaii?

4. An explanation as to the various names utilized by Obama that include: Barack Hussein Obama; Barry Soetoro; Barry Obama; Barack Dunham; and Barry Dunham.

5. Illinois Bar Application – Obama fails to acknowledge use of names other than Barack Hussein Obama, a blatant lie.

If Obama can prove U.S. citizenship, we still have the issue of muti-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegance to other countries.

Since we first wrote about Obama's birth certificate on June 16, speculation on his citizenship has continued apace. Some claim that Obama posted a fake birth certificate to his Web page. That charge leaped from the blogosphere to the mainstream media earlier this week when Jerome Corsi, author of a book attacking Obama, repeated the claim in an Aug. 15 interview with Steve Doocy on Fox News.
Corsi: Well, what would be really helpful is if Senator Obama would release primary documents like his birth certificate. The campaign has a false, fake birth certificate posted on their website. How is anybody supposed to really piece together his life?

Doocy: What do you mean they have a "false birth certificate" on their Web site?

Corsi: The original birth certificate of Obama has never been released, and the campaign refuses to release it.

Doocy: Well, couldn't it just be a State of Hawaii-produced duplicate?

Corsi: No, it's a -- there's been good analysis of it on the Internet, and it's been shown to have watermarks from Photoshop. It's a fake document that's on the Web site right now, and the original birth certificate the campaign refuses to produce.

Corsi isn't the only skeptic claiming that the document is a forgery. Among the most frequent objections we saw on forums, blogs and e-mails are:
The birth certificate doesn't have a raised seal.
It isn't signed.
No creases from folding are evident in the scanned version.
In the zoomed-in view, there's a strange halo around the letters.
The certificate number is blacked out.
The date bleeding through from the back seems to say "2007," but the document wasn't released until 2008.
The document is a "certification of birth," not a "certificate of birth."
Recently FactCheck representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate, and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago. We can assure readers that the certificate does bear a raised seal, and that it's stamped on the back by Hawaii state registrar Alvin T. Onaka (who uses a signature stamp rather than signing individual birth certificates). We even brought home a few photographs.

The way The Law is supposed to work is once a lawsuit is filed, nothing can stop the pursuit of justice. Discovery is ALWAYS required, using ORIGINAL documents, NEVER faxes. Then real people are put under oath under penalty of perjury, and a jury or judge decides the Truth.

The only reason to ignore a lawsuit is when a person is guilty as sin, and can call political favors to subvert justice.

To dismiss a case, a defendant must first file a motion for summary judgement, which requires the defendant to submit to jurisdiction of the court. As of Friday, Obama was dodging service of process. But as a US prosecutor, Berg knows how to hire cops to serve court documents, including how to arrest members of Congress like Rep Joe Kennedy (sent to the loony bin). So presumably Berg will succeed at getting personal service of process on Obama.

All it takes for a plaintiff to survive a motion for summary judgment is submission of evidence proving that a dispute of facts exists. The plaintiff does NOT have to prove his case is true at this point.

So the only way a judge can dismiss this is by ignoring the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the US Constitution. Or kill the lawyer. Either one.

99% of judges ignore The Law, as part of the scams they are running as condition of employment, for which they are paid very well. So for a fed judge to break The Law and illegally dismiss this case is the most likely result. What judge would trade his $200,000 paycheck to DO THE RIGHT THING AND SAVE AMERICA? NO judge would pay money to do that.

The only reason for Obama to refuse discovery is if he is guilty of a crime, for which he can be arrested immediately. That's called taking the 5th Amendment against self incrimination.

After questioning about half-dozen immigration attorneys on whether this payment would have been allowable, the Mercury News reported that his visa would likely have been barred under these circumstances. However, some attorneys noted the more rigorous application procedures that are now present for the immigration process. In the 1960s, the procedures were much more lax than they are now.

Schwarzenegger attorney Tom Hiltachk said Schwarzenegger received an H-2 visa, which allowed him to work in this country, in November 1969 – after more than a year in the United States. He became a permanent resident in 1974 and a citizen in 1983.

In addition, Schwarzenegger’s new ad campaign on a Spanish-language radio station announces his humble beginnings in America as a bricklayer. Several immigration attorneys also believe that he violated the terms of his H-2 work visa by launching this bricklaying business in 1971. According to further reports by the Mercury News, immigration attorneys across the country said Schwarzenegger would have been barred by visa restrictions from starting his own business. Moreover, there is no record that Schwarzenegger and the Italian bodybuilder that he paired up with ever received a required state contractor’s license.

In addition, following this latest immigration issue, Hiltachk said it is unclear what type of visa Schwarzenegger had when he started the bricklaying business. But whether Schwarzenegger had an H-2 or another temporary visa, immigration attorneys said, the bodybuilder would have been barred from doing any work as a bricklayer or handyman.

“If they come into the United States to pick tomatoes, they can’t go out and work at McDonald’s,” said Nancy Alby, an assistant center director at the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Naturalization Services, who spoke in general about H-2 visas and did not comment specifically on Schwarzenegger’s case. “They have to do exactly what they were let into the United States to do.”

The immigration issue fires up a debate over Schwarzenegger’s support for Proposition 187, a 1994 ballot measure that sought to keep illegal immigrants from receiving some state educational and social services. He also vows to fight a new law that allows illegal immigrants to get driver’s licenses. Schwarzenegger has said that immigrants must follow the rules like he did.

For example, that budget "crisis" here was a lie made of whole cloth, they submitted a fake budget showing a massive shortfall, in order to cause tax increases to piss off the locals at Granholm, while in FACT, once it all came out, we actually had a budget SURPLUS cause of her cutting out their fucking pork.

I get angry when folks petty politics precludes their oath of office and their job - and I am fair pissed about our elections process being run by folk who in spite of overwhelming majority sentiment against them, win every single time by exactly 18181 votes, how convenient, eh ?

But I would hands down, bet on Jenny all the way, she was probably the best State Attorney General I've ever seen, and in spite of Englers massive post election sabotage and it's continuance by his local cohorts, has still managed to keep this state from sinking quite as deeply as others faced with many of the same crisis points, in spite of being surrounded and sandbagged constantly by folk who would rather burn this state and all it's people to ashes rather than not have it under their control.

Believe me, THOSE people have thoroughly insured that Michigan will remain a "blue" state for thirty years at least, there's a lot of quiet anger at being fucked over cause we dared elect the "wrong" candidate, twice.

In a fast food restarant staffed 99% by illegals who cannot speak English, US managers must use whistles to "communicate" (also in TN in a town that builds only nuke bombs).

Actually the illegals' "sponsors" get much or most of that money, by requiring them to pay back "loans" for false ID, transporation and housing. So it's really a form of slavery by mafia slumlords, who are getting richer every day. The illegal alien manager immediately called a meeting for the illegal alien staff, and waved the SS Disability notice letter for all to see. Now ALL those illegals will be filing for disability after 1 year. Guaranteed. That's a $300,000 pension after working 1 year at minimum wage...

I've been fighting in court 10 years trying to get SS disability, and no lawyer will take my case. SSA refuses to allow me to see a printout of my SS credit payments, which lawyers require before they take a case. This implies someone has stolen my ID, and is using my SS #, which is a common scam by illegals. US citizens are never allowed to know the names of criminals who steal their SS# or ID, since that would violate "privacy" laws (credit reports and banks can never reveal names of criminals who stole IDs, except to "law enforcement" officers).

My wife's VA pension was stolen by Congress and the White house, as perped against 90% of all disabled retired military veterans. Now Congress wants to give VA pensions to Communist Russian military retirees to immigrate to USA, after paying zero US taxes, after pointing nukes at USA, perhaps after combat killing US soldiers.

Illegal aliens from Russia already get $60,000/year for couples, under Social Security SSI pensions, after payign zero taxes in USA, with immunity from deporation. These are mainly "oppressed Jews" from Russia, under the Lautenberg Amendment. Never mind that Jews founded and ran Communist Russia.

Berg's suit claims the senator's grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama's birth in the African country.

Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, grew up in Kansas, and his parents met at the University of Hawaii when Dunham was a student there, according to the Obama campaign.

Eventually, Obama's father returned to Kenya, and his son grew up in Hawaii with his mother and for a few years in Indonesia after Dunham married an Indonesian man, Lolo Soetoro. Also, Obama lived with his maternal grandparents in Hawaii.

"If he was born in Hawaii, and he was adopted in Indonesia by Lolo Soetoro, (Obama) would lose his citizenship," Berg said.
