sounds like "Gu Nian Zhong De Gu Nian"

translation: a girl(woman) among girls, an outstanding girl

Gu Nian = young girl
Zhong De = in the middle/center of

A regular expression for someone who's a standout. Like for example, an outstanding man would be "nan ren zhong de nan ren"
