No, you've got the two confused, Minnesota is actually Wisconsin in drag. And technically, while they're both real, they don't actually exist, since the entire region, all the way up to Vermont, is in fact known as East Dakota, at least to people in the know.

I thought that South Maryland/Rednekistan was annexed by Borneo during the Crimean War, and replaced by West Delaware.
