AnJl don't have a doggie! -that's FreelancerTex.

No, AnJl is the one with the still
unfinished kitchen due to husband with nitpicking perfection issues...

The blister is gross - I got one on my back once looked like the bat signal. (Archaeology trench - remembered to sunblock my ears and neck, forgot the rest.) I prefer to regard the outdoors from indoors, myself.

But...yeah, hope MsB feels better. (And the puppy.)

I am feeling much better...had a great morning and am back at work:)

HUSG Em glad you had fun

Anjl- giggle HUGS

Rosie.. here you go
2 pounds cream cheese
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup creamy peanut butter ( I think it needs more peanut butter so feel free to add more here)
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl. Beat the mixture in an electric mixer (using a wire whip) until smooth..really really smooth or else you get weird melty peanutbutter lumps in the cheese cake. Gradually add sugar and flour. Beat on medium speed until sugar and flour are blended completely into cheese and peanut butter mixture. Make sure to use a rubber spatual and move the mixture into the middle before you add the eggs. Add eggs gradually and continue to beat on medium speed for two or three minutes until mixture is smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract. Be careful not to over-mix. Remove bowl from mixer. Pour mixture onto crust( see crust recipe at bottom or use your own. Place cheesecake in oven on center rack. Bake cheesecake in a water bath for approximately 2 hours in 350 degree oven or until tip of a knife comes out clean when inserted in center of cake. Crust- 1/2 C powdered sugar, 1 C grahm cracker crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix the crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter then press firmly into the springform pan bottom

I will see what I can do with the pumpkin one

EDIT- found one that is Paula Dean's I'd totally trust her she rocks!!
Crust:
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 stick melted salted butter
Filling:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (15-ounce) can pureed pumpkin
3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
For crust:
In medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter. Press down flat into a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.

For filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, egg yolk, sour cream, sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.

Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Know enough about the matinees to wish you a great anniversery afternoon. Sucks when you don't get time off but great to spend it with someone you love.

Now I wants a little cheese cake but I'm not a cheese cake person. Aarrgh.

Is that the same as the Puddin' Club?

Oh that explains so much about your career path ... HUGS Rosie:)

Ok there is some huge fire in the area and it's super smoky outside...and yet I got the joy of going out to recess twice...thank the stars Lee ( very nice co-worker) agreed to do the elementary school so I can get back to the nice normality of junior high and high school... it's odd really. I adore small children to the point of near insanity and yet I have no interest in teaching them...

That's probably because you don't teach them.

The cute wears off pretty quickly when it's past your nap time and snack did not happen.
