Okay, I told myself I wasn't gonna talk about this, but the more I think about it the more it pisses me off.
Who the hell do the people in Borders think they are!! I don't mean the people that work at Borders, I mean the people that like to sit in the middle of the aisle and read books without planning on buying. I mean, are they really so lazy that they can't grab the book and walk a few feet to one of the many chairs they have. And what pisses me off the most is that the people that do this like to fold the books back on themselves so that the cover and the spine get all bent up, and I've seen a couple of people rip whole pages out of books and put them back on the shelves!!
And I can't tell you how many times I've picked up a sticky book.The reason that I'm bringing this up is that I ran into a particularly rude person today. Now normally I just ignore them, but today this girl happened to be sitting in front of the shelf that had a particular volume that I wanted on it. I politely asked the manga cow to move, she grabbed her bag then as she was getting up she sighed, and mumbling shit like why should she have to move because I wanted something, and that I should go somewhere else and shop. It took every ounce of restraint in my body not to cuss her the hell out.
Oh, and I know someone's gonna say it. I've complained to the staff before and they don't seem to give a damn. /rant
There, now I feel much better. ^^

Oooh, sonds like someone I'd have wanted to give a piece of my mind to. I actually love telling off rude people in as polite a way as possible. The more logical you are the more stupid you ake them sound!
My pet hate is children in zoos who bang on the glass to make animals move. I have to tell them off even when it makes me into a nagging harriden!
How's everyone today? Do we have two limping people today? Maybe we should install a foot spa behind the bar.

I LOVE people like that XD run into them all the time. I mean it's one thing if they pulled a book off the shelf and they're just reading the back to see what it's about, that I don't mind, but if they have the book open on page twenty and are just standing there reading away it's like "ok u do know what purpose chairs serve, right?" and if they're standing in front of a particular section you actually need to get to, and u say "excuse me" it's great how they just go "uh-huh." and keep on reading. like "yeah its okay if you go past me, im gonna stay here." "no u tard, i need to get to THAT section that ur standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF" XD the staff dont care cuz they cant do anything about it. whatre they gonna do, post a sign that says "if you plan on reading a book you take from the shelf, please sit in one of the chairs so you dont block the bookcase for other customers."? like theyre gonna listen. they dont care.
