Most Cringe-Worthy Moment

Wondering what people feel the most cringe-worthy moment is in Buffy or Angel?
I only ask as I was watching 'Chosen' the other day - I'm ill at the moment decided to watch the Caleb episodes in S7 whilst slumped on the couch. Buffy's line "Hold....the....line". Not necessarily bad writing, but just didn't gel for me, and I actually cringed. It sounds like something Russel Crowe bellows in 'Gladiator'.
Anyone have any similar moments in the shows? This isn't a worst episode hunt - so I'm not really curious about 'Bad Eggs', 'Go Fish' etc. Just moment that made you wince!

Well, even though Chosen is my favourite ep, the "He had to split" line WOULD have made me cringe, if it weren't for SMG's laughing at it....
Dawn's screams in season five (pick one, any one) pretty much fit the bill.

How about every second Luke is on stage at the Bronze in "The Harvest", spouting uber-campy lines like: "Tonight is his ascension. Tonight will be history at its end! Yours is a glorious sacrifice! Degradation most holy. What? No volunteers?"
S1 on the whole is pretty high on the camp-o-meter, which is why I'm always happy to get thru it and onto S2.
And in "Angel", probably every scene between Connor and Cordy in S4. Cordy making out with the Beast is way up there, too...

most of season 1 was really bad (except that I loved 'The Pack') - for me the worst was the praying mantis substitute teacher....
and I agree w/Groosalugg about the worst moments on Angel!
But I do have to say that even the cheesiest, most embarrassing scenes are at least entertaining... I find so much on TV to be incredibly dull.

Anytime Buffy in reference to Angel descirbes him as her boyfriend. Not sure why but it always sounded off when she said it...
Thereafter Willow going on about Tara as 'her girl' or calling her 'baby'...
But the worst for me are some of the sex scenes between Buffy and Spike. Actually 'post' sex scenes. It felt and looked extremely awkward. The actors looked like they were aware of the people behind the camera.
