For sheer laughs, it's when he tries to jet-pack away but runs headfirst into the roof overhang.

My favorite line is when he compares himself to Vegetta from Dragonball.

So many funny lines but the one that sticks out for me (and curiously the only one I can remember right now) is that great moment from "Lies my parents told me"

"Uh, Willow, a call for you from L.A. Somebody named Fred. Guy sounds kind of effeminate."

My first go around, when I was only 'sorta' watching Buffy, I had no real idea what Andrew's back story was, per the whole evil gang , Warren et al. But once I clued in, Andrew became one of my fav secondary characters. When he became a Watcher in training though.... that was just too damn funny. He and Spike were classic together.

Can't rightly find the 'funniest' moment. There are so many.

You could easily say the funniest Andrew moment is whenever he's talking.

My most favorite Andrew moment actually comes from Angel. In the episode "Damage" in season five Andrew and Spike are walking in an industrial area and Andrew asks what blood smells like. Spike answers that it is sort of like how a penny tastes. A minute later we see Andrew pick a penny off the ground to taste it. My favorite part of this comes later...

"The blood is stronger here"- Spike

"Like nickels?"- Andrew

That part gets me every time. Perfect delivery by Tom Lenk.

I'm sorry it may be base of me. I think it is hillarious when he shows his latent (maybe not so latent) homosexuality. His love for Warren. Checking out Xander. I also love it when he dupes Xander into talking with him like he is cool, then Xander realises what has just happened. He was also great in Angel when he showed up to collect the derranged slayer. One of my favorite Spike moments, by the by, is when he is talking with Andrew about bloomin' onions.

I love it when Andrew, Giles, and Xander are passing time playing Dungeons & Dragons. Andrew: "You go through the door and are confronted by Trogdor's burninator." :) Because it wouldn't be quite geeky enough just to have them playing D&D - they just HAD to do the callback to HomeStarRunner.

Amazing!

Hmm I love all Andrew parts to bits. Hands down, any parts when him and Spike interact with each other. I could swear he flirts with him or do a bad job at trying to act cool.
