Pa. professor leads 'Buffy the Vampire' study
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. (AP) - A professor at Ursinus College in suburban Philadelphia thinks "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" is worthy of serious academic study.
The TV show went off the air in 2003, but Professor Lynne Edwards is still leading scholarship about it. She edits Watcher Junior, an online journal of undergraduate research into "Buffy" and its spinoff series, "Angel." And she's the editor of a book, "Buffy Goes Dark," which is to be published in September.
Edwards is far from the only academic with an interest in the show. The third academic conference dedicated to "Buffy" is planned in June at Henderson State University in Arkansas.

What'll the voters do when the voting is over come January? ( I've been doing this so long, it'll feel weird not to be doing it! )

Good question... We have a few months to consider it. As far as online polls go, TV Vote is the only one run well enough to be considered "fair;" I think mebbe we could see about applyin' ourselves to some other shared goal, just mebbe not a competitive one.

Hi All!
I was just checking in, voted and I was wondering (like everyone else) what are we going to do now??? I am so use to reading the little snippits of 'news' from everybody life that get posted with the voting. I will miss this really bad!! Got to go do some work.....bye!
