our 'scout ship' scanned your ship earlier during a flyby and found you have some faulty fuel cells, basically your running out of gas and may not know it.
the WASH may have other problems but i would like my mechanic to look at your ship personally.
we will be in your sector soon and request permission to dock at that time.
