Does anyone know what language Anya and Olaf were speaking in "Selfless"? It sounded like Anglo-Saxon, but I'm not sure.

I read somewhere it was supposed to be Swedish, but I don't remember now where that was. The name of the town was "Sjornjost", which definitely sounds like it's supposed to be Swedish, although I'm pretty sure that's a made up name, as I just googled it, and I only got hits of buffy sites.
