Dash is thrown back by the sudden burst of speed,
*No, she had certainly never met a mule who could do that, although LT was probably being metaphorical, as like the shark, that kind of mule would be a zoological impossibility.
As the world rushed by her, Dashile couldn't help but notice the difference between flying smoothly, or almost always smoothly through space, and the rather rough ride offered by the mule. However, she understood the nature of the ride as the mule was a much smaller vessel not concerned with passenger transport over long distances.
They arrived in town where she looked to Jay and LT to lead the way. The town could be full of people to avoid. Dashi could tell that already, but some of that was her own paranoia, so she needed guidance as to exactly who, they as a group, should avoid.
