i never launch a VFF until it's filled it's crew [at least a skeleton crew, it's up to the capt. from there].
then i start on the next one.

Smythe helped Shepard haul the new man into his cabin and set him down.
Great lot we got here already. Maybe I shoulda stuck to the Gurtsler after all.
"Okay, Boss. You want Greenleaf, I'll take you there. It's all shiny when I'm in the cockpit."
They double-timed it up to the bridge and Smythe seated himself once more in his favourite chair.
"Best seat in the house, boss."
He punched a few buttons and the engines came to life.
"Up and away, easy as that. Breaking atmo any minute now, yan."
