Smythe took his helping gratefully. It seemed like days since he'd eaten anything. In reality, it had only been several hours, but he had a fast metabolism and had always found himself hungry.
"Thanks for the grub," he said, taking small careful bites. The food lasted longer that way and was more filling than wolfing it down.

*Lt walked over to the suite and chucked himself into his rack.*
"Huh" *Lt looked at the engraving on the wall* "They didn't touch a thing"
The engraving stood out. It was a crest, a lion being the symbol. On top it said 41st Steel Cats. Underneath it said, "We aim at higher things"
