After Wash spits out mudder's milk: "Je shr shuh muh lan dong shi" = What is this bad stuff?

After bartender knocks out milk bottle from Jayne's hand: "Hero of Canton won't be drinkin' that shiong mao niao." = angry(?) cat piss.

After guitarist strums and first sings Jayne: "Yeh soo. Ta mah duh..." = I have no idea, to tell you the truth

When Wash is trying to take off and the land lock is engaged: "Goo yang jong dug goo yang." = I have no idea either.

"Tah Mah Duh" literally means "your mom's". This phrase is usually said in anger towards someone/something. Kinda like a f**k you.

tah mah de, is often use as an expletive. it literally means "his mothers", but used kinda like the way someone says shit or fuck or damn.

tah mah de, I stubbed my toe
tah mah de, he stole my money
