Found this article on Wikipedia regarding Pseudoskepticism which seems to explain the nature of the illness suffered by certain folk who constantly interject crazy talk onto this forum.:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pathological_skepticism
Characteristics include:
The tendency to deny, rather than doubt
Double standards in the application of criticism
The making of judgments without full inquiry
Tendency to discredit, rather than investigate
Use of ridicule or ad hominem attacks in lieu of arguments
Pejorative labeling of proponents as 'promoters', 'pseudoscientists' or practitioners of 'pathological science.
Presenting insufficient evidence or proof
Assuming criticism requires no burden of proof
Making unsubstantiated counter-claims
Counter-claims based on plausibility rather than empirical evidence
Suggesting that unconvincing evidence is grounds for dismissing it
Hmm...turns out all the crazy talk we hear from PN and a few others really is "crazy" (ie pathological skepticism).

I don't see "Flooding a post with bad photoshop manips", so clearly it's an incomplete list.
"I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should challenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him."

Neither is chronic double posting.

Make no mistake. I think we have all shown some or all of these characteristics from time to time, but that does not make our behaivor unusual. After all, you can be sad once in a while without suffering from clinical depression. You can gamble or drink without being addicted.
But there are one or two folk around here who are over the top crazy ALL the time that I think they suffer from the condition.
