Ugh, that's really too bad :( I really enjoy Jericho.

Quote:Jericho was never long for this world, and I'm pretty sure everyone involved with it's "revival" was aware of that. Boothe, sweetie, correct me if I'm wrong - I thought they knew that they'd have a only limited number of episodes to finish up the story before the plug was permanently pulled.

There are many reasons for this, too, but I won't ramble cuz this is a Jericho appreciate thread....
So, that being said, I thought this past episode was pretty good. I think the ending gave it the kick in the ass it's been needing all along.

Well, I'm sure some of the fans had hoped other wise. I still feel for them, because I enjoyed Jericho, but was a bit wary of this season, though it is starting to grow on me.
I did like the last episode, though I hear

That some people are really offended that they killed off a deaf character, and are making a big hullabaloo in the forums over there.

yet no one seemed to have any problem that the only black man in the small white town was immediately targeted as the big bad evil terrorist for the majority of the first season?

honestly, i'm glad the character is dead. she really annoyed me, and the death is potentially a great catalyst for a good story....

Yeah, I agree; if they don't pull a Firefly and cut it midseason (indicators are they won't, CBS wants to wait and see how it'll play out-remember, it was going up against some pretty serious election primary coverage this week) then I expect to see some fun; rebellion anyone?

Really loving Jericho. They won't kill it mid season there are only 7 episodes. if the numbers arent high we won't see any more.

Jericho is and always was to me just.. ok. It had potential to be great but only really ever achieved mediocrity. For Jericho to have such a rabid fanbase says alot about the viewing populace and why Firefly never succeeeded.
Just my two cents..

No chance, Lance. That was just wishful thinking on their part. It's not even remotely going to happen.
