What has been saved?

Just curious if anyone knows what shows have been saved in the past after being cancelled.

I know of Jericho and I think Family guy. I have seen a ton of websites for cancelled shows talking about trying to get the show back(Surface,Everwood,ect.) but very rarely does it happen.
