I'm from a tiny town in the very northeast tip of Iowa, two blocks from the Minnesota state line and about 5 blocks from the Mississippi River. I'm a married mother of three, working as a medical transcriptionist and selling on eBay and from my website, sweetgaldecals.com.

My family only discovered the Firefly 'verse in December 2005 when the Serenity DVD came out. When Firefly was on Fox, we were in the middle of moving into our house and didn't even have TV reception until the series was over, so at least we have a good excuse.
