I know someone who tried to get a room in the Marroit TODAY and they say they're booked full...

If you put in the group code, there's plenty of rooms available. For some odd reason, the Marriott site won't give me the group rate for checkout on Sept 1. Anyone know why this is?

I had the same problem-- gotta call them and talk to a real live person to sort it out.

Yeah, I just used it to reserve a room. I'll call someone to add the extra day, but I've got a room from 8/28 - 8/31 at the Marriott for now.
