What do I get a Firefly lover for the holidays?

Hi folks!
I have a secret santa coming up and just found out my secret santee(?) loves firefly and serenity, but already has the boxed set and the serenity collector's edition. any other suggestions on what to get him? we have a $30 spending limit. all suggestions welcome!

You could also make a Jayne hat! Yeah, if you don't own the needles and buy nice yarn, you might push $20, but you can use online tutorials, and if you are good at following directions and working with your hands, if you are slow and careful (and it's okay to rip it all out and start over - you can reuse the yarn!), learning how to knit isn't too bad! Never underestimate the power of following directions VERY CAREFULLY AND CLOSELY when doing something for the first time!

If they don't already have the comic book/graphic novel, Serenity: Those Left Behind, I would suggest that. It is set between Firefly and Serenity. Written by Joss Whedon. Comes in hardback now. You can order it at most bookstores. Might even be on shelf waiting for you. And be sure to mention that new comics come out in March 2008 Serenity: Better Days.
