The Pentagon has been shown to be what it is, and efforts to correct it are being made. Seems to be a perpetual bureaucratic issue.
Rush's issues were his own. He didn't murder anyone else ( Ted Kennedy ) or run his car into any D.C. barracades ( Edward Kennedy Jr ) Rush is a private citizen, and not an elected official.
Fox News at least tells the truth, and doesn't plant subversives into its so called 'objecdtive' debate shows.

A separate Pew poll released on Tuesday showed that 48 percent of Americans believe the U.S. military effort in Iraq is going very or fairly well ...
But most journalists said they believe violence and the threat of violence have increased during their tenures.
“Above all, the journalists — most of them veteran war correspondents — describe conditions in Iraq as the most perilous they have ever encountered, and this above everything else is influencing the reporting,” the authors said in a report that accompanied the data.

Polls aren't objective facts. Pollees only reflect what a liberally biased media TELLS them, most of the time. Hard stats say otherwise about Iraq.
