The tone and inflections seem like his, even if the makeup and short time span make it damn hard to tell.

The advert for Safety Record Improvement in California:

EDIT: You know, if someone could reply instead of looking and leaving, that'd be good.
(Yes it opens a Yourfilehost.com page, but that's where the video is on for playing.)

And I mean the guy in the coffin, not the speaker at the podium.

Looked at it a few times, and while he sorta resembles Alan, I'm gonna side with it not being him. The jaw line of Alan's is really distinct, and while this guy's looks similar, I'm not sold on the voice. Really morbid humor though.

The tone and inflections weren't used a lot during Alan's time on Firefly, more on the darker scenes, the only one which comes to mind is his fight with Zoe about "one less husband".

The corpse's comments are made slightly harder to tell for certain with the growly pitch from the weight of telling people what happened/his regret.

Still, I could be wrong. Hard to get any solid contacts behind the advert for a confirmation (or denial).

Hmmm...I'm going to say no; although there is some similarity around the eyes; but the actor's head shape appears not-Alan-like to me.

I'm going with "no" too.

Don't think so, but can't be one hundred percent sure!

IMO, I dont think that is him. Even with the makeup on, you can tell that's not his face.

I'll have to check this out when I get home because the site is being blocked out at work.

To the people who have attended firefly conventions. Is Alan asked much about his role as Dread Pirate Steve, and if it had affected his role as Wash?
