YUP. We're sure. The votes are only tallied once each day. So let's say you vote 10 times in a day for a show, and you're the only person on the planet who votes for the show. You won't see any change in the vote totals until about 0900 EST, when Rich posts the accumulations for the day.
The tallies are done once a day to give Rich a chance to filter the votes and toss out cheaters.
