more vumping while studying vump. *deadpan* Someone help me. *maniacal smile*

Rahl: TOTALLY loved John Doe. I hated it when I found out they cancelled it. Made me almost as sad as when they cancelled Firefly, cuz John Doe was flippin awesome.

Back in roughly an hour if I'm not too engrossed in studying.

rallem: love the little pic.

Thanks. I'm happy to keep posting stats, and it's quite possible that after some time has passed I'll get back my motivation for the votin' and the vumpin' too. I think I'm a little bitter and resentful about the series of events that put us in the position to fail to maintain our goal after so much effort (I was really hoping for the "1K all the way to a half mil" goal). And I don't feel like it's particularly helpful to me or anyone else anyone to vent my particular frustrations at any particular people. So I'll just take a step back, keep posting the stats and following the progress and cheering from the sidelines

I know you guys will hold till I get back

Welcome, Rallem!

"Vump" means to vote, and, then, to post on the thread to "bump" it to the top of the thread list (on the left side of the page).

You will also see "Bote," which is to bump, then vote.

I'm also angry that we were brought in to that whole affair without a choice and that it hurt our momentum.

Thanks again for the shiny stats.

We'll keep this thing flying 'til you're ready to come back.

Haven't you killed me enough for one day?

Well, if it helps ease the bitterness, SAB39, "those responsible" have certainly paid the price. Lexx is at about half-rations for votes, lately. The only thing about that that bothers me is that the typical Lexx voter, who knew nothing about the cheat, and, in all likelihood, is as honest as the rest of us, is even more screwed than we were.

And, thanks for your stats. I really get a LOT outta your numbers, SAB39. I can't extract those projections with a pocket calculator, and, they are very revelatory.

And, of course, we'll hold for ya, if you need us to. We're still on a clock, this time to 6 million, at last mention, so, we have a lotta work to do in the next 4 months +/-. You just pop right back in if and when you feel like it. We'll be here.

Heheh... Interestin.' Did that Thursday night, atta virtual Hallowe'en party, online. Here's my costume:

Outfit: Ray is now Malcolm Reynolds, Captain of the spaceship Serenity. His 3/4 length deerskin leather duster, a bit worn, but, painstakingly patched (including the bullet hole in the upper left sleeve), is "kind of a brownish color;" ask him where he got it, he'll probably tell you "it was on sale." The homespun shirt he wears beneath it is of the same red-brown, like earth stained with blood. Suspenders hold up khaki pants (brown corduroy stripes running down the outside of each leg) tucked into high, leather boots. Slung across his hips is a gun belt; the oak-tanned leather holster lies within easy reach of his right hand, with a leather tie-down just above the knee. Within is an antique pistol, as lovingly kept as his coat, its gracefully-flared, brass-shrouded frame and wooden grips marking it as the weapon of a gunfighter.

Happy Hallowe'en BOTE!

That's 19 votes, and, to bed.

'Nighters!
