What's funny is for all intents and purposes I've lived in WI since I was 8 and I'm now 23 . . . and I've never been to the Dells. My parents never took me and it's not really my style, but I'm going to try and make it up before I move out of the country.
You don't even want to know how I get addicted to "your mom".

I had been debating for some time whether or not to get the BDCE, but Saturday I finally convinced myself to, and my local Wallmart was sold out (it's the biggest store in my little town, and I had to work so I couldn't make the trek to a bigger city. So today my boyfriend called to make sure they got their shipment...they did...and sold out again...so now I have to wait till tomorrow or Thursday, and get up early enough to get my gorram copy.
BTW - I'm from WI myself, and never went to the Dells, although I recently moved to Arkansas. Everyone thought I was crazy, but I like it down here, everyone's real nice, but the gossip is crazy - everyone is related to each other in some way...kinda creepifying really, but it's a whole new group of people to introduce to the 'verse!

Are you saying your Wal-Mart reordered? I knew Best Buy reordered Serenity CE. But I didn't think Wal-Mart ever reordered. I just figured the ones on the shelves were from the original 10 they had.

Yup, they reordered. And I'm calling at midnight to make sure they get them in too, if not by then, at 10, and so on, till they get the next shipment in!

Just bought my copy of the collector's edition at Blockbuster yesterday. Watched the first disk of bonus features, which are awesome, and then started watching the movie. I love contributing to this series, as it's the first real contribution I've made. Next month, the DVD series! Also got the Serenity book, not sure if that has any effect on a big damn sequel, but it's pretty good.

Hope the sales keep up, I have to go to class :P

The Serenity novelization is Official Serenity Merchandise...so it goes in the bucket too. Serenity: Those Left Behind graphic novel too.
Universal gets a cut of all Serenity Official Merchandise. Somewhere there is a database adding everything up.
