The Sereni-Tree: back at Zanzibar!

Yes, Needy had an friend that followed him around, talking about his great destiny. It took the form of our own CallMeSerenity, though it was not her as Needy percieved them in the same place at the same time (I think).
Our Serenity, by the way, has beautiful blue-white wings sprouting from her back, and she can use them to fly. Her young daughter Seraphina has similar wings.
In any case, nobody but Needy could ever see the invisible Serenity-image. In fact, we never knew it existed as it only interacted with Needy.
Of course, a reasonable alternate explanation was that Needy was barking mad crazy.
We last saw Needy during the Second Gala Pageant.

Needy disappeared during the gala pageant, and then reappeared at the other end of the verse on The Epsilon with Safe, Seryn, Wisp etc in the thread "Special Branch" http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=11&t=20504
True some of those characters are on here too, but theres a reason Needy's not been doubled
Needy's still seeing the shapeshifting Being (that appears to him in the guise of Serenity), but other than that, he's quite different now to how he was on the Sereni-Tree. He's... a bit darker.
Many wanted this Sereni-Tree thread to be lighter so, knowing where the story was going, I kept him solely in the spin-off thread.

OOC: Ha! As I walked through the area in front of Centennial I-III on Monday evening as everything was being broken down, I entertained the idea of asking someone where the line for the first Firefly panel for next year was.
I think I'll be making reservations and buying my pass next week. See you all there.
