The rum was quite pleasant straight up.
Maybe estrogen burns alcohol faster the higher the proof? I am not known for my ability to hold my liquor, more of a cheap date really, but I completely failed to get tiddly on two fingers or so of the stuff. Toesies just got warm is all.
