Jayne on one, Wash on the other...fascinating. I'm thrilled my two favorite characters...Oddly though my life would suggest more of a Mal role.

I'm River. I'm really smart, I'm crazy, no siblings but four cats -does that count?- I've been known to spout weird bits of info not relating to the topic unless you think about it in hindsight, and I've even gotton my head cut open. (long story made short, when I was a toddler a car backed out as I was crossing behind it.) No gov. trouble, but I wouldn't have gone to a school like that.

...but I think most of my answers were a cross between Inara and Kaylee, so that's where I think I am. Engines aren't really my thing, but I do work around a lot of warm, humming computers, so I'll leave that comparison to your imaginations.
