It isn't on back order because it's sold out. It's on back order because they don't have their stock in yet, at least as of two days ago.
Ordering from UHE was a dumb idea, as it turns out.

I'm hoping Best Buy will be SOLD OUT of what they had to and have to order more.
I'll guess I'll see next week if I get mine in the mail.

Considering I ordered from them right when they went up for sale there, I don't think they sold out of what they had and are awaiting more.
Also, the email I got from them said they were waiting for their inventory.

Ordered mine on 5/8/2007. Didn't even get an email.
