I think you're right. I was confused because that was a Sunday and FlatTop said "Wednesday July 22nd". But July 22nd wasn't a Wednesday either...

My script was fine in the first place because the figures from the 25th are present and correct.

To be safe though I put in code in my script that will actually check the dates of the files it's trying to use and abort if it's wrong. That's how I realized that the 22nd wasn't necessary - because running a seven day set of numbers didn't trip the new error handling. Trying to get a set of ten day averages, that would have relied on the figures from the 22nd, failed correctly.

Schweet! Nice tweak.

1. Yup. You're right. The 22nd is irrelevant for this. I just went looking for trouble & found it. I was also looking at my August calendar instead of July, so the 22nd was a Sunday not Wednesday, and I recall FlatRich said there would be no data that day. So neither of us will do better than to average that day.

2. The 25th (which I thought was a Sunday (so I didn't worry about it (see note above)) even though the (wrong) calendar said Saturday) is the data that I'm actually missing, which messed up my delta for the 26th which in turn hoses my 7 day average.

The Jericho crowd have been generating over 500 votes a day, for weeks, in the Nomination area. They will replace La Filles in a week or so, and then make a run for the number ten spot, if their fans can keep it up.
