Wardrobe Question

I'm still pretty new to buffy, only haven seen the first 4 seasons so far, but is it just me or does spike not have a different set of clothes to wear?

He experiments with other outfits sometimes, but the TV networks always suggested to the producers to keep him in the same thing, so that he'd look like an "action figure".

I think the shirt(s) in Season 2 belonged to James Marsters. I'd go with the other repliers opinion about why 'cuz I have no idea why it never changed.
