Reminds me of the TV tax in UK, with Big Bro's spy vans snooping around every neighborhood, checking for untaxed RF signals eminating from illegal TV receivers. Most Orwellian. That was the good old days when petrol tax was only $4/gallon, before robocop scameras turned every highway into a toll road, and bobbies PRed the newspapers that they refused to enforce speed limits below 83 mph.
WACO 2007: Ed Brown and Dr Elaine Brown's international FTIRS press conference this week, with Randy "The 3 Million Dollar Man" Weaver, was actually covered by network TV. The Browns kicked Fox "Owned By Communist China" News off their 100 acre "fortified compound" (aka yard). Since police state death squads cut off their phone, electricity and internet, the Browns broadcast their live worldwide press conference via cellphone linked to Alex Jones and GCN radio network:

In related news, Congressman Ron "I'll Abolish The IRS" Paul's H.R. 2755 to ban the private Federal Reserve Bankster Corporation:

Looks like an interesting Revolution is scheduled to interrupt the New World Odor.

See, now that's how you oughta work it, PN.
Keep it simple, right to the point with a resounding slam and don't sit there boring folks to death by trying to explain every detail - anyone worth their salt will do their own digging, which is far more convincing than having it handed to em by a source they may not trust.
Also, this bit seems appropriate.
Tax his land, tax his wage,
Tax his bed in which he lays.
Tax his tractor, tax his mule,
Teach him taxes is the rule.
Tax his cow, tax his goat,
Tax his pants, tax his coat.
Tax his ties, tax his shirts,
Tax his work, tax his dirt.
Tax his chew, tax his smoke,
Teach him taxes are no joke.
Tax his car, tax his grass,
Tax the roads he must pass.
Tax his food, tax his drink,
Tax him if he tries to think.
Tax his sodas, tax his beers,
If he cries, tax his tears.
Tax his bills, tax his gas,
Tax his notes, tax his cash.
Tax him good and let him know
That after taxes, he has no dough.
If he hollers, tax him more,
Tax him until he's good and sore.
Tax his coffin, tax his grave,
Tax the sod in which he lays.
Put these words upon his tomb,
"Taxes drove me to my doom!"
And when he's gone, we won't relax,
We'll still be after the inheritance tax.

It cannot be said enough, those who do not learn from history, are doomed to endlessly repeat it
