Mark "Badger" Shepard is currently playing an attorney on a 2 parter of Battlestar Galactica. He's suppose to be the only lawyer Not afraid to defend Balthazer the Betrayer.

I saw Alan Tudyk on CSI as well, and since I'm a fairly new convert to Firefly (since Christmas)it took me a while to figure out it was him. He did an amazing job- so creepy! Nothing like my Wash.
