Has anyone ever not been able to recapture a feeling after an extended absence? I find myself currently in this position. Certain people around here might remember how much the Verse' meant to me at one time, and I'd really like to feel that way about it again, but I just can't seem to recapture the emotions that I used to feel. And it's not just the Verse', either. I'm feeling disturbingly numb to... everything. I don't know what's wrong with me, but it's beginning to make me feel really nervous. Like on the verge of crying and not knowing why, but not being able to, like a fucking female... n' shit.

But that probably doesn't help you, since I'm a fucking female and all. 
It's hard to know what more to say, not knowing where you've been and what you've done. It goes without saying that our experiences are entirely different, but the end result seems... similar.
