Seems it happens to me as well. Sometimes I really hate it. Strange. I just realized that it never happens when there are people around. Most of the time it is simply a buildup of tension and aggression that can't be expressed in a healthy manner.
Guess that's better than plowing through a wall or picking a fight with a bar full of squids.

One of the wisest people I ever met told me that adults should take their cues from children and FEEL what they are feeling at the time. If you want to cry cry, if you want to throw a tantrum - do it (although not in a Road rage sort of way) -rather than bottle them up, find a constructive way to feel them - so I cry. I am such a baby.
