CW isn't related to F*X. CW is the combination of UPN and the WB, who were both owned by the same non-F*X parent company. When they merged F*X did start up a new network named MY, because they saw an opportunity to spread their evil.
CW's decisions are their own stupidity....what are they going to carry next season? 7th Heaven and Gilmore Girls both ended, after all. It's not like their in a position to kill off shows that are even marginal successes when they are losing big guns.

Not to rant without purpose here, but this was the only show left on television that I actually tried to watch every week. Apparently I'll be reading a lot more. What can I say? This is what the Neptune blues feels like.

Maybe there's a shot at a Veronica movie. We all seem to have this affinity for shows that get cancelled, then get turned into movies.
Season 3 was solid, in my opinion. I missed a lot of the first two, but I watched all of 3 from start to finish. So solid.

Between the fact that the union contracts for a lot of TV folks are up for renewal soon, and reality TV is cheaper to produce and "successful" in the ratings (although for the life of me, I don't know why some of it has ANY viewers, much less as many as it does), I guess we can look forward to more of the same as TV dumbs down at an increasingly faster rate.
