I'm usually not a "worst day ever" kind of rant person. But, between Veronica Mars being cancelled, the Cubs giving up five runs in the bottom of the ninth against the Mets, and the Bulls being eliminated - I have to say what the hell. There it is.
Anyway, does anybody have any advice for becoming an excellent networker? I just finished school. My teaching certificate is in the mail, so I'm looking for jobs while trying not to lose my mind or my creative interest in music. I don't want to be a robot, or a prison warden when I get my first teaching job.

Um, maybe I should say something about myself. My zodiac sign is gemini. My standard answer to the "If you could eat lunch with any one, living or dead....." - question, is Paul Simon or Ghandhi.
I first saw "Serenity" on the day it came out on DVD, after missing it by a day at theaters. I've since managed to screen the BDM on the big screen with friends and large public audiences. It's worth it for the immersion, communal ritualisms, and the firefly.
