Well, if you're talking about percentages, that wouldn't change with one vote. If you're talking votes...?
I think it only counts once an hour. Though you can click multiple times. One person suggested only 1 vote per day counts. I don't know. I am beginning to wonder.
Wind blows northerly, I go north... I change my mind pretty regular depending on how fast the votes are coming in.
