not sure if it's been mentioned yet ( to eager to post this idea to read everything ( curse my 3 day absence from the net ) ) but if it hasn't been...

Wouldn't mind seeing wash doing some flying while he says something like 'look ma, no hands' in a cute little reference to my favourite little cheated shot.

or maybe just another shot of him flying without actually holding the flight yoke.

anyway, nuff outa me on this, i'm gonna go finish catching up.

The red button was in Out of Gas, but it has more significance than just that. If you watch the commentaries, you will see. In the episode, Wash hooks up the button and says, "When your miracle gets here, you just pound this button once. It'll call back both shuttles." Alan Tudyk (Wash) stole this button and gave it to Joss Whedon after the show ended with a note telling him it was for when his miracle comes, and now Joss has it in his office. That's why it's so significant. The movie is the miracle, so it needs the red button.

BTW, I would love to see river rub soup in her hair.........

Book: I'd forgotten - you're moonlighting as a criminal mastermind now.
Simon: No, but I'm thinking about growing a big black mustache. I'm a traditionalist.

The Hero of Canton. Whole thing, playing over part of the credits.

Also, red button.

With reference to my sig:

Jayne gets knocked out/drugged at some point, and as he wakes up (delirious for a second), he mumbles his old rehearsed dialogue.

Or he could fly it with the wheel upside down, the way Inara flew her shuttle in "Serenity."

Maybe, at some point in the movie, there might be a shot of purple elephants in the sky. Perhaps painted the side of a ship or something.

River turns to Mal and snips "Told ya."

And I want a credit for Haken (at least I *think* he hosts this site) for this incredible site without which, I am quite convinced, the enthusiasm for all things FF might have dimmed rather than grown brighter.

THANK YOU HAKEN!
