I have two, and all I have to do is read my Buffy or Serenity comics, or pull out my Dark Angel or Robocop fold-out cases, and they're all over me (and them)...at least they can't get me when I watch Buffy (which is, admittedly, most of the time...).

I got you beat--try 5 (long story--no it wasn't my original intention to be one of those women 'who can only live with cats'). One, the brat, even looks a little like Miss Kitty Fantastico. They're like magnets when I'm reading/doing anything that should be handled delicately. I always thought cats were supposed to be all gentle and graceful.

Edit: Some seasons I have are actually from Europe, which are made better. They're in book-like packaging and the discs themselves are in pockets, protected by some kind of soft paper material. I actually bought a special dvd player that will play dvd's from any region (though the only ones I ever wanted were Buffy/Angel, which mostly came out there first.)

Sorry! I feel like I did a bad thing by posting this now...which is what I really didn't want.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, I probably won't be able to afford it for the next few years anyway. I just hope it's still selling!

I ordered it off of Amazon.com and it came out to be a little more than you posted, but what the hell! It will be nice to have all of those DVDs in one box. It's been like a year and a half since I "discovered" BtVS and Angel and I can't believe how many times I've watched each episode, and when I finally think that I'm done I find myself watching them all over again; strange if you ask me, but at least I'm watching something that's good.

RiveR: The price changed not long after I posted the original thread. I tried to change it, but it doesn't seem to be working sometimes. Sorry about the mixup!

Got it in the mail on Monday!

Chrisisall: What the bloody hell were you talking about, the bonus disc not being "all that"?!! ARE YOU INSANE?! Knowing what I know now, I would've paid the full $200 in a heartbeat, credit card debt be damned!!! I watched three of the featurettes, starting with the one about Buffy being a role model (which I liked) and every one after that. The only one I found kind of boring was the one about the fights. I saved the one about favorite episodes for last, and then got comfortable for the discussion one. Turned out to be a good plan, because damn did I ever save the best for last!

Mildly spoilerish if you haven't seen this disc.

I wasn't exactly surprised that Joss started the thing out making me laugh, or that Drew Goddard again echoed my own obsessive-like love for this show with his comments about newbies joining the group he watched the show with (and David Boreanaz "hanging out" in his office!) and the like...this isn't new. What was new was how amazing it was to actually hear from the actors mouths how much this show meant to them. You get used to hearing about it from the writers and directors during commentaries and such, and that's always nice, but rarely do we get to actually hear it from the actors mouths in a setting where we can tell they actually mean what they're saying (except James Marsters, of course, 'cuz he's always like that). My adoration and appreciation for these people just grew and deepened so much. My only wish(es) are that more actors could've been involved and that it would've been longer. It's amazing to me that it's been ten years and I'm still finding things to love about this show!

Edit: But what about the "special" message or letter to fans from Joss that's mentioned on the back of the package. Where is it?
