I admit the Challenger Nathan is diving now is awsome. But to finish that race with the landscaping truck would have been great. I would have loved to see him cross the finish line with that bent up crate. Loved it when the bumper got all twisted. It added to the character of the truck.
I was just a teenage broncobuck
with pink carnation and a pickup truck

Tried to do this over on MySpace, but it didn't seem to catch on too well.
This is the car I'd be "forced" to Drive. Hubby's 1998 Mistubishi 3000GT VR4 Twin Turbo.
And yes dears, this mommy of two can drive a stick shift!
Hubby usual comment: Only true car nuts would know this car. This comment is usually followed by, "It's not an Eclipse, damnit!" Except he uses more colorful expletives than that. LOL

Hard choice...
Probably a '78 Trans Am.

I don't have any pictures, since I don't own one of these babies, but my choice would be a 1970 Hemi Cuda with that fabulous 426. Gas would be a bitch but who cares?!

Easy, a C6Z06

1970 Dodge Challenger T\A
Plum Crazy with black decals
340 6-pack with headers and 3-inch exhaust through Flowmasters
This one actually has a 440 and doesn't have the T/A decals, but it has the T/A hood.
EDIT: If I had to do it right now I'd see if my El Camino would work with just a new battery.

If the race starts right now I would be forced to take my Dodge magnum, but if I had my choice of any car I would go with a BMW 760li v12, this way i have close to 500bhp to get me were im goin fast, and i would be as comfortable as possible in a beamer of course.
"And I think calling him that is an insult to the psychotic lowlife community."

I'd pit a Venom 1000 against your BMW any day
1000 HP, 1100 pounds of torque and can go from 0-200 faster than an Indy car, all with the interior of a Viper. May not be as luxurious as the BMW, but it'll get there a whole lot faster.

This show appeals to me much in the same way this car drew in consumers.

Here's what I would be inclined to take:
2006 Aston Martin V12 Vanquish. 520-horsepower 6.0-liter V12 engine w/ a top speed in excess of 200 mph. It has an aerodynamic splitter for better high-speed stability, revised steering geometry for quicker response, standard Sports Dynamics suspension, and six piston front brake calipers.
