BEST OF BUFFY DVDS...

News has reaced me that they are releasing some new buffy dvds. Apparently the Best of Buffy one includes Becoming pt 1, graduation day pt 2, Hush and The Gift. I have also heard they are doing special ones for Spike, Faith and Angel.

Anyone have word on any of this?

Those collections have been out a while. You can easily find them on either Amazon or eBay.

As for them being "best of"... well, it's a matter of taste really.

well not exactly a while they came out in the uk only march 1st the same day as the angel season four dvds. they each have 4 episodes chosen by joss on each specialistic dvd and the best of dvd was episodes chosen by the fans.each disc has a 15 min featurette on each specific character dvd, but really not the best episodes i personally wouldnt have chosen them but each to their own i guess its just another cash cow from fox dvds to get fans to part with yet more cash.

Hmm...I can't find any 'best of' buffy DVDs on amazon...do you have a link?

Ummm... lack of funds?

Seriously, I don't care if Joss himself picked the episodes. I would only ever get them if they had a bounty of extra material on them. A 15 minute featurette is hardly enough to get my attention. An extra commentary however... now that's different.

PS. "Hush" is the best Buffy episode imho. Not if you only ever watch one episode of Buffy in your life, but in context... brilliant!!!
