You can't? What OS?
Should be where it was, unless there is a horrid bug...
Still there on the Windows version that is percolating on my machine.
By-the-way: The "Hide for an Hour" button starts the timer and makes the window disappear completely. The Minimize button also starts the timer and minimizes the window to the task bar in Windows and to the bar in OSX with a visible countdown.
In either case the window will pop up after an hour.

The first half of season 3 that I have seen has really impressed me. Much more than season 2 which was looking some direction.

Hmmm, well, it's Windows XP, so I downloaded that version. But if the minimize will also reset & pop, that's all I really need:))) Incidentally, the restart timer & stop timer do show up sometimes.
