I think that you have hit on to something. I think we all realize that media attention is what firefly needs. A guiness record attempt would be a shiny way to get it.

We could maybe try for most marathons at the same time or something that would allow everyone all over the globe to take part in not just browncoats in a certain city. If the press got hold of firefly's trajic past and the dedication of its fans - maybe a couple of execs will start to consider it.

Also - i am very good with things that go boom so we should have not trouble hiding the evidence or the dead fox execs

The GWR for the largest replica of a Firefly class ship, based on the designs from the series of the same name, and also from the movie Serenity both by Joss the Boss was completed on *insert date here* by teams of fans, Browncoats, who WILL have a second series!!!

That's my ... errrrr ... rough idea of what could be in the GBoWR. I think the editors will probably want to change it slightly ... perhaps the will publish the first bit last I don't know.

P.S. This is my first post, I'm ashamed to say that I have been a bit of a reclusive Browncoat until now.

Thanx Roy, and I like your idea too, sorry it took me this long to reply.
The more I think about it the more I think it could achieve something...
As far as organising, unfortunately I live about as far away as you can get from where most browncoats are.

(I'm in Oz) but I'd love to see the idea snowball into something...I do have experience in organising & co-ordinating art & photography exhibitions locally....yeah, not sure that that is useful either... so I'll stop rambling now..

God grant me the Serenity...Pt 2 and Pt 3 and...
