When I read through the list of things she had with her, it all sounded like murder and cleanup (whack with the mallet, cut up with the knife and dispose in plastic bags, change coat) but for the life of me I couldn't figure out what the rubber tubing was for. I finally heard a credible explanation on the Stephanie Miller show: create tourniquets so that when you cut up the body the blood doesn't flow everywhere.
As crazy as this lady might be, she DOES know how to plan a mission!
